Angsuman Banerji is a filmmaker, poet, and storyteller whose directorial journey began in 2001. After working across fiction and non-fiction television projects, he developed a distinctive storytelling style rooted in psychology and human emotions. His notable works include Ikir Mikir, Cholo Bandhu Patai, Brischikjato, Anamika, Sesh Bole Kichu Nei, Protyoy, and Backspace. His acclaimed psychological thriller 12 Seconds, starring Silajit Majumdar and Sreelekha Mitra, gained significant attention from both audiences and the media. Angsuman is also a member of the Indian Film & Television Directors' Association (IFTDA) and the Screenwriters Association (SWA) India.
